Your personal data will be collected during the registration in the Digital Day and will be processed exclusively for the purposes of managing and tracking the event and evaluating the event in comparison with previous event years (e.g., number of registrations, location, and statistical data).

Your data remains with our company and may be shared by BASF with its suppliers/service providers that need access to such data for the fulfillment of their obligations to BASF. In this case, such suppliers/service providers may only use personal data in accordance with our instructions and the purposes set forth below in this Policy, and they are contractually obliged to comply with applicable data protection legal requirements.

Please be aware that the processing in part or in whole may be performed by BASF and/or its suppliers/service providers in countries other than the one in which you are currently located. We emphasize that the international transfer and processing of your personal data will be carried out in accordance with the parameters established by the applicable legislation.
